Suzanne Pleshette

SuzanneSuzanne Pleshette (January 31, 1937 until January 19 2007) was an American film, theatre television, and voice actress. Pleshette began her career in theatre, and then she appeared in films in the 1950s and later. She then appeared in films that were notable, such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (1963), or Spirited Away (192001). From 1972 to 1978 Pleshette was a regular guest on various television productions. She was also a part of Emily Hartley, which earned numerous Emmy Award nominations. Pleshette was born on the 31st of January of 1937, in the New York City neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights, to Geraldine (nee Kaplan)[1] and Eugene Pleshette. The parents of the couple were Jewish immigrants from Russia and Austria-Hungary. Her mother was a dancer, artist and choreographer who appeared on stage under the name Geraldine Rivers. Her father was stage manager at the Paramount Theater, Manhattan, and the Paramount Theater, Brooklyn.
