Cristela Alonzo is an American writer and comedian, and producer. Cristela the TV show that began airing in 2014, is her most recognizable TV production. The first Latina ever to develop, produce and write her own series for a television network. She was born in Texas but later relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her career. The shows she appeared on such as Sons of Anarchy, General Hospital and Sons of Anarchy. She wrote the TV show Mind of Mencia. Also, she was the host of and featured on "The The View". Moreover, she worked as director on a couple of movies like The Angry Birds Movie.
